Description
Come join a dynamic, fast-paced watch center supporting 24x7 operations. In this mission-essential help desk role, you will maintain the customer’s computers and networks that are vital to national decision makers and keeping our troops safe. The technology focus will be data and voice communications, including DNR (voice/FAX), DNI and other advanced technologies over IP.
Required Skills:

Demonstrated experience using the Linux operating system, to include use of the command-line

Front-end collection systems, to include survey systems

DNR/DNI collection and dataflow, including FOP configuration

Basic troubleshooting experience

Ability to follow basic SOPs and update documentation accordingly
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
- Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph required

The salary range for this role is $67,000 - $85,000. This range is a good faith estimate that reflects various experience levels. At CyberCore, we consider multiple factors when determining compensation, including the specific role and its responsibilities, the candidate's professional experience, geographic location, education, and relevant skills. This range is not a guarantee of salary, as final compensation may also be influenced by contractual requirements and other considerations.
