Training Specialist 2

Description:
This is a full time Training Facilitator position in which the Trainer will prepare and maintain training materials and schedules, ensure that all training materials, facilities, and evaluation materials are available, and ensures all hardware and software systems are available prior to the start of a class. The Trainer will develop training schedules, review training materials and training presentations, and evaluate training plans. Must have experience in Confluence, Sharepoint, and JIRA. 
 
Required Qualifications:
  • Five (5) years of experience as a Training Specialist in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of Training work experience may be substituted for a relevant Master's Degree.
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph required
Desired Skills:
  • Technical Writing and Training Facilitation experience highly desired

The salary range for this role is $78,000 - $100,000. This range is a good faith estimate that reflects various experience levels. At CyberCore, we consider multiple factors when determining compensation, including the specific role and its responsibilities, the candidate's professional experience, geographic location, education, and relevant skills. This range is not a guarantee of salary, as final compensation may also be influenced by contractual requirements and other considerations.
