Responsibilities
  • Resolves technical requests from self-service tickets in support of internal and/or outside customers.
  • Creates, deletes, and modifies customer accounts.
  • Maintains and updates records and tracking databases.
  • Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns.
  • Candidate must be a team player and must have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to multi-task and possess good communication and customer service skills.
  • Tuesday - Saturday 1400-2200/1500-2300/1600-0000
  • Training will be M-F between 6:30am-3pm

Required Qualifications: 
  • 10 years of related experience + a BS degree (or 5 additional years)
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph required

The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000. This range is a good faith estimate that reflects various experience levels. At CyberCore, we consider multiple factors when determining compensation, including the specific role and its responsibilities, the candidate's professional experience, geographic location, education, and relevant skills. This range is not a guarantee of salary, as final compensation may also be influenced by contractual requirements and other considerations.
